As an engineering manager at WEG Africa, he specialised in hybrid energy solutions, integrating Diesel & Gas Generators, PV, BESS, and Steam Turbines into power networks. Passionate about problem-solving and innovation, Bernard is dedicated to delivering tailored, high-performance energy systems that drive efficiency and sustainability.

Johan is a highly-skilled electronic technician with a qualification from the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT). With over 30 years of experience in ICT Secure Power, IRSE (rail trackside), Renewable Energy, and Data Centre sectors, he is a versatile professional with expertise in the design, manufacturing, and deployment of multidisciplinary projects spanning mechanical, electrical, HVAC, civil, and plumbing domains. Beyond his technical expertise, Johan possesses strong business acumen and has successfully led the establishment of multiple multinational startups across Africa.

Rod is a seasoned electrical professional with over 27 years of experience in critical power applications across multiple business sectors. His expertise includes the design, manufacturing, implementation, and commissioning of critical power and electrical infrastructure solutions. His career has spanned key roles in modular data centre design and implementation, as well as low voltage solutions and switchboards.
